Public comments must be germane  to matters within the authority of the Plant City Planning Board, and do not include matters which are subject of any Quasi-Judicial hearing scheduled or to be scheduled before the Planning Board.

Public Comments should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on April 28.  This will allow ample time for comments to be provided to the Planning Board Members in advance of the meeting. Comments submitted after this time (up to the time of the meeting) will be accepted and included in the official record of the meeting.  Anyone needing assistance with submitting comments for the official record may contact the City Clerk's Office via email at PublicComment@plantcitygov.com or by calling 813-659-4237.
