1. Meeting called to order by Mayor-Commissioner Daniel D. Raulerson.
2. Invocation by Reverend Reggie Rivers, Plant City Christian Center followed by the Pledge
of Allegiance to the Flag.
3. Consent Agenda: Items listed on the consent agenda are considered routine and will
be adopted by one motion. There will be no discussion of the items
on the consent agenda unless discussion is requested by a member
of the Commission, City Manager or City Attorney. If so requested,
that item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be
considered separately.
(a) Resolution approving Regular Minutes October 24, 2011.

(b) Resolution approving continuation agreement with Plant City Real Estate Investment,
LLC, f/k/a Tierra Investment, LLC regarding map amendments for PC/CPA 10-01.

(c) Resolution authorizing the purchase of one (1) Caterpillar 450E Loader Backhoe
from Ring Power Corporation under Florida Sheriff's Association contract No. 11-
19-0907.

Two Rivers Ranch, Inc. in order for said company to obtain environmental permits.

Commission must be reported to the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday
preceding each regular meeting of the City Commission.
