• Open to all boys and girls ages 5-15
• 2013 is our 17th year of fishing derbies!
• 2013 program dates:
  • Spring date:  March 23, 2013
  • Fall date:  Fall 2013 date to be announced. 
• Derby location:  MAP
  Gordon Food Service Drive (formerly Albertson Drive), west of Park Road, just behind the Randy L. Larson Softball Four-Plex
• Pre-registration is preferred during the three weeks prior to the Derby, ending on the Thursday prior to the Derby. 
• On-line registration will be available during the three weeks prior to the Derby, ending at 12:00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Derby, at this link   
• An info flyer will be posted three weeks prior to the Derby at this link.
  • You will be able to download the flyer and return by fax, scan and e-mail, postal mail or hand deliver (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) at:

• You can also register on site (at the Derby site only) the morning of the Derby from 7:30 am to 8:15 am.
• Competition is from 8:30 am to 11:00 am.
• Awards in several categories will be handed out at 11:15 am.
• Anglers must be accompanied by an adult.
• Bring your own pole and bait - any kind of pole and bait is acceptable - and also bring a 5 gallon bucket to keep your fish alive and to make transport to the weigh station easier!.
• Event is FREE, thanks to:

• This is a catch and release event - at least nine species in the pond include bass, catfish, mudfish, speckled perch, blue gill and others.
