Zumba is an aerobic, calorie burning cardio fitness class
that uses Latin and International dance moves and music
to help get you fit while feeling like you are at a party!

• Class includes:
  • leadership in exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats
  • easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating workouts
  • building a deep-rooted community among returning students
• Location: Winter Visitor Center, 403 Dort Street  
• Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
• Ages:  adults and kids 10 and up 
• Fee:  $5 per class
• No dance experience is necessary!
• Please wear proper tennis shoes or dance sneakers - also you may want to bring a towel and water.
