Meeting Spaces

The Moody Meeting Room

The Moody Meeting Room is available for community and non-profit groups to hold meetings, programs, or special events. The large room can seat 60 people in chairs, and those groups whose events are free and open to the public and follow our Meeting Room Policy can reserve the room. 

Meeting Room Applications & Reservations

Groups wishing to use the meeting room should have an approved Application for Use of the Meeting Room on file. Copies of the Meeting Room Policy (PDF) and the application and further information are available at the Customer Service Desk, or by calling 813-757-9215.

The Application may be e-mailed (see application for e-mail), hand-delivered, or mailed to the Bruton Memorial Library at:

Groups with approved applications may check for availability and make room reservations by calling the information desk at 813-757-9215.

Conference/Study Rooms

Two small meeting rooms are provided for an individual or groups of 2 to 8 people. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Customer Service Desk. These rooms may be reserved in advance by approved groups and adult literacy tutors.
