Risk Management involves administration of the automobile, property, general liability, and personnel injury risks of the organization through cost-effective claims management and insurance practices. 

The Human Resources/Risk Management Department's mission is to provide for the development, communication, and implementation of:

  • Sound personnel policies
  • Pay / benefits administration and labor relations practices designed to promote efficiency
  • Reward merit
  • Reduce grievances
  • Maintain morale
  • Ensure equitable standards for all employees

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator

The ADA Coordinator, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments of 2008 (ADAA), is responsible for ensuring that all programs, services, and activities provided by the City are accessible to citizens and visitors with disabilities.
